We are based in Milnerton, Cape Town. Collection is from our Milnerton location. Delivery is available across Cape Town and surrounding areas — from R150 depending on your location.

How do deposits work?

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals and returned after inspection when gear is clean and undamaged. Amount: R100–R1,000 per item. Refunded within 2–3 business days after return.

What is your damage policy?

Normal wear is expected and accepted. Major damage (broken poles, severe tears, missing components) may result in deductions from your deposit.

Do I need to clean equipment before return?

Yes. Please return items clean, dry and properly packed.

What if I return late?

Late returns may incur additional daily charges. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is available within our operating area and priced by distance.

Can I extend my hire period?

Usually yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible to request an extension.

What is the minimum hire period?

The minimum hire period is 2 days. Thereafter charged at the daily rate per additional day.

Do you offer camp setup and breakdown services?

Yes — we offer optional setup and breakdown services for campers who'd rather arrive at camp ready and leave without the pack-down hassle. Pricing depends on the kit hired and your campsite location.
